Action description

Place one hand at waist level with the palm facing down. Extend the thumb, index finger and pinky of the other hand while the remaining two fingers are folded. Point the extended fingers up with the palm facing the opposite side of that hand. Place the elbow of this hand on the back of the other hand. Rock the hand on top several times.
