Connect the index fingers and thumbs of both hands to form circles, straighten the other three fingers, face the palms inward, and place both hands in front of your chest; swing your hands downwards while rotating your wrists so that your palms are faced downwards, disconnect your thumbs and your index fingers, and open your hands wide.
