Action description

With one hand, extend the thumb and index finger parallel to each other horizontally while keeping the remaining three fingers folded together. With the other hand, extend the index finger while keeping the remaining four fingers folded together. Place the extended index finger perpendicular to the parallel thumb and index finger to create the character "middle" in Chinese.
