Action description
With one hand, keep the five fingers extended and closed together as you face the palm outward. With the other hand, extend the five fingers. Keep the four fingers closed together and curve it closer to the palm so it becomes perpendicular to the extended thumb. Point the four fingertips to yourself and against the palm facing outward. Push the outward-facing palm away from your body as if resisting against an invasion.
Example sentence
- Yes, Ms. Wu asked me if I could be her guarantor. I said no. I remember what she taught me and how kind she was to me but her family is bankrupt. She asked me to be a guarantor? Do you know what a guarantor is? She asked me if I could do that but I couldn't so I told her no. My wife asked me if I signed as Ms. Wu's guarantor and I told my wife that I didn't because I've heard of these things and so I rejected her.
- I will not sign as a guarantor. I rejected her. If it's anything else that she wants help with like maybe she needs money, I can do that because that is easy. I can't really do much more.
