Action description
Face the palm of your one open hand towards you as the fingertips are pointing towards the other side; take the other hand and extend the thumb while folding the remaining four fingers. Point the thumb up and the face the palm of the clenched hand towards you and on top of the other hand's thumb, indicating the first born son.
