Extend the thumb and index finger of one hand while the remaining three fingers are folded, palm facing outwards. Move the hand from upper right to lower left (if you're signaling with your left hand, move from upper left to lower right) diagonally in front of your body. In the meantime, attach and open the two extended fingers several times with an impatient facial expression.
