Action description
Straighten the thumb and pinky with one hand, and keep the remaining fingers in the palm. Place the sign next to your ear to signify listening to a phone call on a handset. Straighten the other index finger while clenching the remaining fingers. Point the finger downwards, and point in the direction of where the object is after drawing several circles. This sign mimics the process of connecting to the receiving party of the phone call after dialing the rotary dial.
